FREEZE OR CANCEL
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the membership freeze or cancellation process.
To initiate your request, please use the provided form. Please note that we can only accommodate a membership freeze for a maximum of three months. Should you require a freeze for a longer duration, we will need to process a cancellation instead. Additionally, if you decide to cancel your membership, please be aware that rejoining at your current pricing will not be possible.
Furthermore, as stipulated in the documentation you completed concerning payment, we require a 30-day notice for any cancellations. This is a standard industry practice, and it aligns with the procedures set by processing companies. Therefore, if a payment is scheduled during that notice period, it will still be processed, and that will be your final payment.
