IMPORTANT NOTE: You do not have to teach everything in each section during a single class. Cover only what can realistically be taught and understood within approximately half of the class time. Use the remaining time for Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) games and representative training activities that allow students to explore, apply, and reinforce the key concepts and skills from the lesson. The goal is not to rush through content, but to create meaningful learning experiences where athletes can develop skill through problem-solving, live interaction, and guided discovery.

Additionally, make whatever accommodations or adjustments are necessary to ensure the techniques, coaching points, and games are applicable to both Gi and No-Gi training. Modify grips, controls, tasks, constraints, and coaching cues as needed while maintaining the core principles and objectives of the lesson.
