OUR JIU JITSU FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES FOLLOW THE CAIO TERRA ASSOCIATION FUNDAMENTAL CURRICULUM! IT IS AN ONGING CURRICULUM THAT PROVIDES THE FOUNDATION FOR TRAINING JIU-JITSU AT OUR SCHOOL. YOU WILL LEARN THE BASIC PHILOSOPHIES, MOVEMENTS, AND TECHNIQUES OF BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU.
